I am a convicted felon and want to know if I am able to get a Paralegal degree and practice in the state of California? My conviction was for Bank Robbery. Thank you for your time.

Surely you can pursue a paralegal degree. The question is will you be allowed to practice in the state of California. Contact the school where the program you want is offered. Career schools usually have job placement departments that assist their graduates in finding employment.  The school will be able to tell you based on your conviction if you will be eligible to be licensed.
