Hello my fiance is having serious problems finding a job in Essex County, NJ. He can't seem to find any place that's willing to give him a try. Any suggestions?
The Federal Government has a bonding program to bond high risk individuals. If an employer is interested in hiring but you cannot be bonded. Have them go to the NJ Dept of Labor to find out about what has to be done to get the funding.
True Audra. There is a representative at the One-stop that handles the Federal Bond.
